this is a collection of functional ceramic objects developed as design projects. Each work explores how material behavior and geometry can regulate functional processes.

Olla

Subsurface Water Regulation

A passive ceramic watering stake designed to deliver moisture directly to the root zone through controlled porosity and geometry.

Reservoir

Subsurface Water Storage

A double-walled ceramic planter that stores water within its walls and releases moisture gradually to stabilize soil hydration over time.

Evapora

Passive Humidity Regulation

A ceramic vessel designed to increase ambient humidity through evaporation using surface geometry and material porosity rather than mechanical systems.

Catena

Gravity-Controlled Dispensing

A pair of ceramic salt and pepper shakers that regulate flow through catenary geometry using form and gravity instead of perforations.
