Each object offered by the core idea is produced individually using 3D-printed ceramics. Because each piece is unique in form and finish, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged Items During Shipping

If an item arrives damaged as a result of shipping, a refund may be issued under the conditions below.

 

Notification

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photographs documenting the damage.

Return of Damaged Item

If required, we will provide instructions for returning the damaged piece.

Refund

Once the damage is confirmed, a full refund for the item will be issued.
Replacements are not available, as each piece is produced as a unique work.
