Evapora 2.0

A passive ceramic humidifier that expands upon the original Evapora 1.0 system through increased surface area and airflow interaction. The clustered vertical chambers maximize exposed porous material, allowing water to migrate through the clay body and evaporate gradually into the surrounding air. The open tubular chambers also allow the piece to function as a flower vase, combining atmospheric regulation with floral display. Fabricated through layered clay extrusion and kiln-fired to preserve porosity, the vessel operates without electricity, relying solely on material properties and form to regulate indoor humidity.
